(Vote with LiALEX) Approve Launch of RuneMine on the ALEX Launchpad

This proposal is to approve Rune Mine for the ALEX Decentralized Launchpad. Information on the project is available on the application form Rune Mine has submitted. The ALEX Launchpad will distribute claim certificates to winners that can be used to claim the Runes token on SOL from the Rune Mine team. Buy-back Terms: The ALEX Lab Foundation prioritizes our community, first and foremost. If the closing price of $MINE (that can be exchanged 1:1 by each IDO token), as quoted on CoinGecko, one week following IDO distribution* falls below the IDO price, a one-week buy-back protection scheme is triggered where participants can opt-in to sell back their IDO tokens at 90% of the IDO price. This limits the potential downside for one week following the conclusion of IDO registration. Only after such buy-back protection scheme is concluded can the projects withdraw IDO proceeds. Vote to either approve or disapprove the project to launch on ALEX. The ALEX Lab Foundation does NOT sponsor the projects approved for the ALEX Launchpad. Community members must do their own research on how to vote. If you have both tokens, vote with both. When voting closes the results of both ballots will be merged to determine the final result.
